Anonymous, first-party analytics
We collect anonymous, privacy-light usage statistics about how our website is used, so we can understand what visitors find helpful and improve the site. This is done entirely with our own first-party tools hosted on our website's infrastructure — we do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics service.
What we collect: pages viewed, how long a page is actively viewed, which links and buttons are clicked (including when you tap “Call”, a “Get a quote” button, or submit the contact form), the page that referred you, any campaign tags in the web address, and your approximate location (country/region/city) and device type. A random, anonymous identifier is stored in your browser's local storage to tell repeat visits apart.
What we do not collect: we do not use tracking cookies, we never store the contents of anything you type into a form (we only record that a form was submitted), we do not store your IP address, and we do not collect any information that personally identifies you through analytics.
If you submit the contact form, the details you provide there (such as your name, email, phone number and message) are sent to us so we can respond to your enquiry, and are handled separately from the anonymous analytics described above. We will never share your details.
