Quality is visible in the details
Anyone can cover a roof. The difference shows up at the awkward bits — the verges, the flashings, the join where a dormer meets slate, the line a gutter follows across a whole elevation. That is where we spend the extra time.
Roofs we are proud of
Real roofs on real homes across Cornwall and the South West, finished to the standard we would want on our own.

Every slate, tile and join set with care — including the details nobody sees from the ground, because those are the ones that decide how long a roof lasts.
- 02
Honest pricing
Clear, fair quotes with no hidden extras. We tell you what your roof actually needs, not what sells the biggest job.
- 03
Free, no-obligation quotes
We come out, assess the work properly and give you a straight answer at no cost. No pressure, ever.
- 04
Local and accountable
Falmouth-based and working across Cornwall. We turn up when we say we will, keep the site tidy, and leave your home better than we found it.
Every enquiry comes straight to Jack
JN Roofing Contractors is a small Cornish firm, and that is deliberate. When you call or send the form, you speak to Jack — the person who will quote the job, be on site while it happens, and answer the phone afterwards if anything needs looking at.
No call centres, no sales team, no being passed around. Just a straight conversation about your roof and an honest price for the work it actually needs.
Tell us about your roof
Send a few details or a photo and we will come out, look at it properly and give you a straight price. If it does not need doing yet, we will tell you that too.
